You can contact Jewelry Delft without obligation through the contact form, by dropping by spontaneously, or by calling the number at the bottom of the page. During the initial consultation, we will take the time to discuss your wishes in detail. Based on this conversation, a suitable, non-binding quote will be provided.
Ring size
To ensure the ring fits perfectly, we kindly ask you to take your (future) partner's ring size. If this is not possible we're always quite good at making a guess through a picture. After you've asked for your partners hand we can resize the ring to the exact size
Material
In general, engagement rings are often made of gold. But did you know they are never made from pure (24k) gold? Pure gold wears down quickly, is soft, and too malleable to be used for engagement rings or other jewelry. For this reason, other materials such as copper, nickel, palladium, platinum, zinc, and silver are always added. By adjusting the composition of the gold, you can determine the price, color, and appearance of the ring to your liking.
Design
The design can also be fully customized to suit your personal taste. Perhaps you've already discussed engagement rings or have some example images to bring along. Would you like a classic diamond engagement ring, a specific cut, or perhaps one or more alternative gemstones or materials incorporated? This page provides an overview of the options to inspire you. It’s also possible to adjust the design after the initial consultation. Throughout the entire process, we will communicate clearly about the costs of any adjustments, ensuring you’re always informed and won’t encounter any unexpected surprises.
Realization
Once the design is approved, we will start the crafting process. With our many years of experience as goldsmiths, we guarantee that your ring will be of the highest quality, made with the finest materials. The production process generally takes 2-4 weeks, although this can vary depending on the complexity of the desired piece. During production, we will invite you to view the progress and make any adjustments if desired.
Delivery
When the rings are ready, we invite you to come pick them up. And hope to see you both after you received a yes!
